This position will be based in Los Angeles, California, with occasional travel to other warehouse locations as needed. The ideal candidate is a trustworthy and organized leader with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and execution skills. 主要工作职责 / Key Responsibilities 负责仓库日常运营管理，确保收货、上架、拣货、打包、发货及库存管理等各环节高效、准确、有序运行。 Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. 监督团队日常工作及执行情况，合理安排人员及工作任务，提高团队整体工作效率。 Manage and supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and optimize staffing and workflows to improve overall team productivity. 协调不同仓库及站点之间的工作，做好人员、库存、订单及物流等方面的统筹安排。 Coordinate operations across multiple warehouse locations, including staffing, inventory, orders, and logistics to ensure smooth and consistent operations. 及时发现并解决现场及运营问题，包括订单异常、库存差异、物流延误及其他突发情况。 Identify and resolve operational and on-site issues, including order discrepancies, inventory variances, shipping delays, and other unexpected situations. 优化仓储及物流流程，不断提高运营效率、准确率和整体服务水平，同时控制运营成本。 Continuously improve warehouse and logistics processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, service quality, and cost-effectiveness. 熟练使用并管理库存管理系统、订单管理系统、打单系统及物流管理软件，确保系统数据准确、及时。 Utilize and manage inventory management, order management, shipping/label printing, and logistics software, ensuring data accuracy and timely system updates. 负责库存管理及盘点工作，及时发现并处理库存异常，确保系统库存与实际库存一致。 Oversee inventory management and cycle counts, promptly identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies and maintaining accurate inventory records. 与物流、采购、客服及其他相关部门保持良好沟通，确保订单及物流环节高效衔接。 Collaborate closely with logistics, purchasing, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and logistics operations. 根据公司业务发展需要，参与新仓库/新站点的筹备、启动及运营管理。 Support the launch and setup of new warehouse locations as needed, including operational planning and implementation. 负责员工的培训、工作指导及绩效监督，建立高效、有责任心的团队。 Train, coach, and supervise warehouse employees, fostering a productive, accountable, and collaborative team environment. 根据公司业务需求完成其他相关工作。 Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs. 任职要求 / Qualifications 3年以上仓库管理、仓储运营或物流相关工作经验，具有独立管理仓库运营经验者优先。 At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, warehouse operations, or logistics, with hands-on experience independently managing warehouse operations preferred. 具备较强的逻辑思维、统筹规划及组织协调能力，能够合理安排人员、货物及工作流程。 Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage people, inventory, and workflows. 具备优秀的领导力、执行力及问题解决能力，能够独立处理仓库现场及运营中的各种问题。 Demonstrated leadership, execution, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently handle operational and on-site challenges. 熟悉仓储、库存、订单处理及物流相关业务流程。 Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics processes. 有实际使用库存管理系统、订单管理系统、打单系统及物流管理系统的经验。 Hands-on experience with inventory management systems, order management systems, shipping/label printing systems, and logistics software. 中英文流利，能够熟练进行日常工作沟通、跨部门协调及团队管理。 Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. 诚信可靠，责任心强，具有良好的职业操守和团队合作精神。 Trustworthy, dependable, and highly responsible, with strong professional ethics and a collaborative mindset. 具备较强的适应能力、抗压能力及应变能力，能够适应多站点运营及快速变化的工作环境。 Strong adaptability, resilience, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment. 能够快速发现问题、分析原因并推动解决方案落地。 Ability to identify problems quickly, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions. 能够接受根据业务需要前往其他站点出差，每次约1周左右。 Willingness and ability to travel to other warehouse locations as needed, typically for approximately one week per trip. 我们希望您是 / The Ideal Candidate 我们希望寻找的不仅是一位能够管理仓库的负责人，更是一位能够带领团队、优化流程、解决问题并推动整体运营效率提升的管理者。 我们重视候选人的人品、责任心、领导力、逻辑思维和解决问题的能力。如果您能够主动发现问题、快速制定解决方案，并带领团队将方案有效落地，我们期待您的加入。 We are looking for more than someone who can simply manage a warehouse.
