Job Responsibilities: Manage the daily work assignments and on-site operations of a production team of approximately 10 employees Schedule production according to customer orders and ensure work is completed on time Supervise the proper use of food-processing equipment and assist with basic equipment issues Monitor production efficiency, product quality, food safety, and sanitation requirements Complete basic production records and coordinate with relevant departments Assist with production-floor work when needed Qualifications: Experience in food processing or production management is preferred Experience leading a team and working with production equipment Basic computer skills, including Excel and email Responsible, with good communication and on-site execution skills Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
