This is a project-based opportunity with flexibility in engagement structure. Full-time, part-time, or consulting arrangements may be considered based on project needs and the candidate’s experience. As the Canadian retail business develops, there may be opportunities for the role to expand into a broader Regional Retail Manager scope.

- Set and monitor sales and operational targets, track key retail performance metrics, manage operating costs, and identify opportunities to improve store profitability and efficiency.
- Analyze sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends and issues, develop actionable recommendations, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Head Office, marketing teams, and local partners to develop localized retail strategies, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer experiences aligned with Canadian market trends.
- Provide local market insights and recommendations on consumer behavior, retail trends, competitor activity, potential locations, and business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment, workplace safety, retail, and operational requirements, as well as company policies and standards.

- Strong operational and strategic thinking, with a hands-on and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment and collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.
