We are now looking for a passionate, detail-oriented and service-driven individual with golf knowledge to join us and support high-level store operations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee daily store operations including online order processing, shipment accuracy, and after-sales coordination to ensure smooth workflow. 2. Engage with high-net-worth clients, providing professional consultation and high-touch service to maintain our luxury brand experience. 3. Manage staff scheduling, attendance and overall team coordination to foster a productive work environment. 4. Execute weekly replenishment plans and monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability and operational accuracy. 5. Prepare weekly reports covering sales updates, operational status, and improvement suggestions while supporting the Store Manager in reaching store goals. 6. Handle administrative tasks, store environment upkeep and operational standardization to ensure consistent premium presentation. ⸻ Requirements: 1. Strong passion and knowledge of golf (rules, equipment, product understanding and industry trends). Experience in luxury retail or the golf industry is preferred. 2. Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and manage operational details. 3. Excellent communication and customer service mindset, experienced in working with premium clientele. 4. Proficient in office software with the ability to independently prepare operational reports and data summaries. 5. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to support weekend or holiday schedules. Previous team coordination or management experience is an asset.
