About Us:
We’re a growing mechanical engineering design firm with a focus on delivering smart, efficient, and code-compliant HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection solutions across a wide range of commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Our work environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and quality-driven. To support our expanding project portfolio, we are looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to help keep our teams organized and our projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
2. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams to facilitate communication and resolve any project-related issues
3. Assist with resource planning, scheduling, and office admin.
4. Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, progress reports, submittals, and change orders
5. Track budgets, expenses, and project milestones
6. Assist in preparing proposals, and client communications
7. Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and gather required information
8. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and industry regulations
9. Support in managing subcontractor coordination
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2. 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, ideally within an engineering or construction environment
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Proficiency in both English, Mandarin or Cantonese is required
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
7. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
8. Experience using AutoCAD or Revit is a bonus, but not required
