【招聘：货代操作 OP / 客服】 Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist / Customer Service 工作地点 / Location: West Covina, CA 公司 / Company: EASRIDGE INC 上班时间 / Work Schedule ： 周一至周五，上午9:00至下午5:00 Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM－5:00 PM. 公司提供401(k)退休计划 Company-sponsored 401(k) retirement plan available. 提供带薪节假日、带薪病假及其他符合条件的带薪休假 Paid holidays, paid sick leave, and other eligible paid time off are provided in accordance with company policy. 公司额外提供中国春节带薪假期，具体日期按当年公司安排 Additional paid Chinese New Year holiday(s) are provided, with dates determined annually by the company. 加班工资按照加州劳动法规执行 Overtime compensation will be provided in accordance with California labor laws. 岗位职责 / Responsibilities： 跟进海运进口货物从到港、清关、提柜到送货的全过程 Handle ocean import shipments from arrival and customs clearance through container pickup and final delivery. 联系船公司、码头、铁路场站、报关行及卡车公司 Coordinate with ocean carriers, terminals, rail ramps, customs brokers, and trucking companies. 安排拖车运输、跟进提柜及空柜归还，并控制运输成本 Arrange drayage, monitor container pickup and empty return, and control transportation costs. 及时处理货物 Hold、查验、Demurrage、Detention、LFD 等异常情况 Handle shipment holds, customs exams, demurrage, detention, LFD, and other operational issues. 维护客户、车队及其他供应商关系 Maintain strong relationships with customers, trucking companies, and other vendors. 任职要求 / Qualifications： 有美国货代 Ocean Import 操作或客服经验 Experience in U.S. freight forwarding, preferably in ocean import operations or customer service. 熟悉清关、码头/铁路提柜、派送及空柜归还流程 Familiar with customs clearance, terminal/rail pickup, delivery, and empty-container return procedures. 熟悉 Demurrage、Detention、LFD、查验等相关流程 Knowledge of demurrage, detention, LFD, customs exams, and related procedures. 中英文沟通流利，工作认真负责 Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese; detail-oriented and responsible. 有稳定的一手卡车车主或自营车队资源者优先 Candidates with direct relationships with truck owners or asset-based trucking companies are strongly preferred. 能够直接对接车主或车队，而不仅是通过 Trucker Broker 询价 Must be able to work directly with truck owners or trucking fleets, rather than relying solely on truck brokers. 有清关或 Customs Entry 相关经验者优先 Customs clearance or Customs Entry experience is a plus. 有意者请发送简历，并简单介绍您的相关工作经验及现有卡车车主或车队资源。 To apply, please submit your résumé along with a brief description of your relevant experience and direct truck-owner or trucking-fleet resources. 简历请发送:点击此处邮箱联系
